Chi Kung, originated in China and evolved over centuries by different
philosophical branches, is an internal system that works breathing, movement
and concentration in order to balance our body so as to enjoy good health and
internal strength.
The exercises are dynamic and static, achieving a perfectly balanced work to
give vitality, improve health, strengthen tendons and joints, as well as
memory and concentration. In addition to cultivating and balancing our
