Dealing with Depression Workshop


OMH Therapies are pleased to offer a six week course designed to help alleviate low mood, depression and that feeling of being overwhelmed that we can all experience from time to time.

This therapist-led course is designed to provide practical help to:

• Feel in control of yourself and your emotions again

• Learn easy exercises to help balance body and mind

• Recognise and eliminate trigger thoughts?

• Experience deeply relaxing guided meditations to install positive states and peaceful thoughts?

• Reduce anxiety

This course takes a practical approach, looking at the latest research covering movement, emotional release, cognitive change, energy medicine, supplements and diet.

DATES: 18th February - 25th March, Wednesdays, 7 -9pm
