Movement, Mantra and Meditation

Movement, mantra and meditation involves some gentle movements and stretching to relax the body and to release any tension your body may be carrying. The deep breathing exercises will help you to let go of your stream of thoughts and move you deeper into your being. By chanting mantras any negativity and stress picked up from the external environment will be released. At the end of the session a silent mediation will take place.
