Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the oldest form of yoga where asanas (postures), mudras (finger and hand positions), bandhas (locks), and pranayama (breath exercises) are used. Hatha yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical strength, flexibility and balance. Regular yoga practise can reduce high blood pressure, heart disease, lower back pain, aches and pains, depression and stress.
