Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga for pregnancy is delivered to offer a deeply grounding, relaxing and nurturing experience that promotes calmness, good posture, comfort and natural restful sleep at the same time as building and maintaining physical strength and healthy flexibility. 

Meditations and visualisations are practiced as a way of helping you to connect to your own intuition and inner wisdom, as well as building connection with your child as he/she grows inside you.

Cost: Drop in rate - £11/10 concession, £50 for 5 class Flexi Pack, valid for 8 weeks and redeemable at any of Mohsinah's classes at OMH.

Need to know: All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat if you wish. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily and that are neither very loose nor restrictive.
