Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, known as The Yoga of Awareness, is a dynamic practice that precisely combines the use of Asana (posture) Pranayam (breath) Mudra (hand posture) Mantra (Chanting) Meditation and Eye Focus.

These sets of exercises are known in Kundalini Yoga as Kriya.
The word Kriya means Action. It is an action that leads to a complete manifestation. Each Kriya has a different effect such as Balancing the Glandular System, Strengthening the Nervous System or Awakening Your Creativity. All Kriya works on the Body, Mind and Soul simultaneously and positive effects can be felt immediately.
