Breathing and Mantra Meditation

The deep breathing exercises will help you to let go of your stream of thoughts and move you deeper into your being. By chanting mantras any negativity and stress picked up from the external environment will be released. The session is concluded with the sound of tibetan bowls for deep relaxation.
