Gentle Yoga Flow

This is a gentle yoga flow class that aims to include everyone and everyone's ability. This slow but challenging class will gently wake you up as we guide you through a sequence of asanas, focusing on moving your whole body, leaving you feeling regenerated and setting your body and mind up for the best possible start to the day. This class is particularly beneficial for runners, cyclists and gym enthusiasts.
