Hatha Yoga

Get your week off to the right start with our Monday morning yoga class. Hatha yoga is the oldest form of yoga where asanas (postures), mudras (finger and hand positions), bandhas (locks), and pranayama (breath exercises) are used. Hatha yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical strength, flexibility and balance. Regular yoga practise can reduce high blood pressure, heart disease, lower back pain, aches and pains, depression and stress.
