Eight Week Course taking you through several different aspects of mindfulness including breathing, bringing the mind to stillness, exploring difficulty, mindful movement and eating, and pure awareness.
Research has shown that the simple practice of mindfulness brings a greater feeling of peace, ease within your body, a more focused and less agitated mind and increased ability to know yourself in greater depth.
