Gentle Yoga Workshop

A beautifully relaxing workshop for students of all levels.
This guided, three hours group class will allow you to approach and experience several aspects of Yoga:
Meditation
Asanas (postures)
Pranayama (breathing techniques)
Mudras (symbolic healing gestures)
Mantras (healing sounds and vibrations)
A unique opportunity to tune with your body, mind and learn more about Yoga and yourself.
There will be two sessions on Sunday 02/08 at 10.00am till 1.00pm and at 2.00pm till 5pm.
