This class will give everyone the chance to experience the difference between the usual yan (faster pace) yoga classes to a slow, deep and yet challenging yin class.
This class is done with bolsters to help you go deeper and relax into the poses. It runs for 2 hours, having the last half an hour for guided Yoga Nidra which will leave you relaxed and renewed.
Suits all levels and abilities.
