Yoga Flow

The class will allow you to develop your yoga practice, focusing on using movement and postures to bring together the body, mind and breath. There will be a mix of Pranayama, flowing sequence to help open the hips, shoulders & hamstrings whilst building on strength, finishing with a well deserved savasana (relaxation).

All levels are welcome but please click 'attending' if you would like to book a space as numbers are limited.
